Careers Advice – From xkcd

When I was so much younger, I wanted to be Marie Curie.

I thought it might involve wearing glasses, carrying a clipboard and swishing around in a white coat. In reality, I found that swishing in a chemistry lab only resulted in burning more holes or adding to the strange orange stains on the formerly pristine white coat, neither of which got me closer to a Nobel prize.

If only had been around when I was little to give me better careers advice …
