We’ve been quietly building up our Graduate Profiles over the last few months, and we’re now proud to announce that we now have over 100 live profiles available on-line.
These are brief career details and advice from a wide range of alumni, employer contacts and friends. They’re not all from the University of Manchester (particularly our employer contacts) but obviously, Manchester features in a high proportion of them.
We’ve also now implemented a search facility, so you can browse by type of organisation, type of job, subject of study, location of work – and also pick out those with a postgraduate qualification or who came from outside the UK to study.
Over 20 profiles (currently) are from postgraduates, including a Greek psychologist, an in-house legal counsel for a Saudi finance firm, a “Head of Product Management” at an investments bank (their advice to students – “Enjoy your holidays … working life is non-stop!”), and a geologist now based in Canada, plus lots more.
